The FloBase® system allows the client to harvest the responses of people using our interactive web tools.

For example, imagine a situation where one of our expert system programs is operating on the internet and it is being used to train people or take them on a tour of their business (see below). Our system allows you to capture all the information as it relates to the demographics of the user. Let's use a real example, as follows:

The virtual interactive video tour of a business is a good example.

One of the ways we meld expert system technology and media production is with our interactive video tool. This allows the user to respond to a few questions at the beginning of a session, perhaps some basic demographic questions which branch into looking for the relative interests of the viewer, their needs, background, etc. The program then takes this information and constructs a custom sequence of video clips into a single streaming video presentation to tell the client what you want them to know.

Once this information is acquired, we can take it as good market research information. There are 2 phases, one is the actual delivery of good information in a cutting-edge way and construct a client list. The other is to accumulate a mass of market research data from the interactions.

For example, let's say a hospital is interested in marketing its mother-baby product line and wants to know their market better. If they used the FloBase® system, we would have our production team film all aspects of their facility, product line, interview key people,, perhaps have one of them act as spokesperson or narrator, etc. Next, a branching set of questions would be created, taking people from general leading questions to more details about their needs. Included could be questions about their age, county, whether they already have an OB, whether this is their first child, whether they have a pediatrician, what their preferences are, etc. The program would then construct and deliver a streaming video addressing all their needs, ask for an email address or phone number if they want follow-up and print out a nice summary of these issues for them to keep.

Once the information is acquired for a number of website visitors, our client would be able to review the information with a password. This would give them vital information about their audience and their needs and preferences. It is a painless way to truly survey the types of people with an interest in their facility.
